The Opportunity

We aim to deliver a high-quality, reliable, 24x7 Payment Acceptance Platform via a SaaS model. The Senior Tools Engineer will design, create, and maintain the software engineering tools used to manage the platform and its supporting systems. They will collaborate with developers, QA, and operations teams to implement automated build, deployment, configuration, testing, and integration tools. The role involves working with technologies ranging from mobile development (Android/iOS) to backend and frontend technologies like C# and Java. We seek dynamic team members eager for a challenge.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Act as a key member of multi-team efforts to deliver, manage, and maintain automation tools such as CI/CD pipelines, automated testing solutions, and deployment management.
  • Translate requirements into reliable, scalable, and maintainable automation systems.
  • Mentor peers through code reviews and collaborative engineering practices.
  • Coordinate with operations teams for troubleshooting and system maintenance support.
  • Contribute to platform quality by scripting automation, managing tools, and ensuring solutions are repeatable and well-documented.

Who Are We Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a software development-related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in software development tools, deployment, or operations.
  • Passion for teamwork and mentorship, with excellent communication skills and a desire to learn new technologies.
  • Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines using tools like Bamboo, Octopus, Jenkins, Ansible, and cloud platforms such as GCP, AWS, and Azure.
  • Experience with software development practices and tools like GIT, Maven, Ant, Visual Studio, CMake, Android Studio.
  • Ability to script in PowerShell, Bash, Python, or similar languages.
  • Familiarity with SDLC frameworks like Scrum.
