Job summary

In this role you will contribute to technical resolution, contract documentation, and construction administration, including input on RFIs and submittals. Proficiency in Revit and a collaborative mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience as a job captain leading teams.
• Experience developing construction documents across multiple typologies.
• Proficient with Autodesk Revit and BIM workflows.
• Strong collaboration and communication within design teams.

Responsibilities

• Support project teams through technical resolution and reviews.
• Prepare and manage contract documentation and administration.
• Provide input on RFIs and submittals to inform project decisions.
• Lead construction document production for multiple typologies.

In this role, you are responsible for supporting project teams through technical resolution, contract documentation, and construction administration support, including providing input on RFIs and submittals. You are talented individuals who have a propensity for learning, showcasing, and sharing your skills in innovative ways. You have at least 5 years experience as a job captain leading teams and developing the construction documents within multiple typologies. You are comfortable in Revit and enjoy working in a collaborative environment.
