  • Lead IT efficiency and automation projects, including identifying and implementing new technologies for system deployment, maintenance, and security.
  • Manage the full user lifecycle, from onboarding and offboarding to role management.
  • Build and support user workstations, manage hardware inventory, and maintain and support internal and third-party software packages.
  • Accurately use ticketing and time-tracking systems, and assist in maintaining technical support and procedural documentation.
Who We’re Looking For
  • 7+ years of experience in a technical support or network operations role, with at least 5 of those years in a corporate environment.

  • Anti-virus and security applications.
  • Workstation build automation and hardening.
  • Workstation remote support solutions.
  • Experience supporting end‑users in macOS environments is a plus.
  • Bilingual (French/English) strongly preferred.
  • Comfortable operating in a corporate environment with established processes.
  • Experience and knowledge of Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) methodologies.
  • A degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or equivalent training in a related field.
What We Offer
