Senior Technical Recruiter – Remote (EST) (Initial contract 6 months)

We serve over 3,000 companies, including Bloomberg, JPMorgan Chase, and eBay, with our Grafana LGTM Stack, offering scalable metrics, logs, and traces. You will report to a manager based in Amsterdam and work from any Eastern Time zone location.

Responsibilities and Requirements
  • Proven experience as a technical recruiter in a SaaS/Tech environment, working directly with senior leaders in technical hiring.
  • You have a network of engineering professionals that you can present to hiring teams.
  • Own high‑volume recruiting across a variety of roles, primarily sales roles globally.
  • Sourcing is a primary function: confident engaging passive candidates and leveraging the team’s networks and technical expertise.
  • Willingness to support the talent acquisition team on any hiring need, including GTM and R&D roles.
  • Work in a remote‑first environment where communication is key and you can navigate multiple time zones.
  • Comfortable in a high‑paced environment, embracing change and ambiguity.
  • Proficiency with Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Proven ability to hire 5 external candidates per month consistently.
  • Available for a 6‑month contract position in the United States.

In Canada, the targeted daily compensation is around $650–$700 per day. Actual compensation may vary based on level, experience, and skill set as assessed in the interview process.
