Job summary

MAP | WPP Enterprise Solutions in Toronto, Canada, seeks a Technical Project Manager to organize and manage key client projects, delivering quality on time and within budget.

You will work with cross-functional teams including designers, UX architects, solution architects and developers, applying agile methods and CRM/marketing automation expertise to drive successful transformations for global brands.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience with Braze, AEP or Salesforce marketing cloud.
• Experience with CRM or marketing automation projects.
• Understanding of data modelling, SOA and layered architectures.
• Experience with Scrum and/or Kanban.
• Strong communication translating business needs into technical language.

What will your day look like?

In the role as our new Technical Project Manager, you will be responsible for organizing and managing key client projects. Your job is to ensure a high level of quality, delivering projects on time and within budget.

More Specifically, Your Tasks Include

• Controlling the analysis phase
• Developing project plans and requirements specifications
• Estimating budgets and allocating internal resources and third parties/vendors
• Securing that our configurators and developers is free of administrative overhead, securing that follow up, planning and time spend is overseen
• Managing relationships with client and stakeholders, including motivating your colleagues in their day-to-day tasks.

You will be the linchpin in a network of closely coordinating Project Managers, Designers, User Experience Architects, Solution Architects and Developers. In Addition, You Have

• 4+ years of experience with either; Braze, AEP or Salesforce marketing cloud
• Experience with managing and implementing projects within CRM, or marketing automation
• A conceptual, and a technical, understanding of data modelling, service-oriented and layered architectures, and complex technical solutions in general
• Worked with agile methods of Scrum and/or Kanban
• Great communication skills, enabling you to translate “business language” into technical language.

The base salary for this position at the time of this posting may range between the values at the bottom of this posting. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications.
