As a Senior Technical Project Manager, you will lead the successful delivery of complex technology and automation projects, working closely with enterprise clients and cross-functional teams. You will act as a trusted advisor, bridging the gap between business objectives and technical execution. The role involves managing multiple projects simultaneously, overseeing roadmaps, coordinating resources, and ensuring high-quality delivery. You will collaborate with product, delivery, and technical teams in a dynamic, internationally distributed environment. Strong communication and stakeholder management will be essential to understanding client needs and translating them into actionable solutions. Accountabilities:

• Lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of multiple concurrent technical projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives and business priorities.
• Develop a strong understanding of the organization's communication and automation technologies, including voice, SMS, natural language understanding (NLU), and low-code/no-code solutions.
• Build and maintain account roadmaps, ensuring clear visibility into project progress, milestones, responsibilities, and deliverables.
• Gather, validate, document, and communicate technical and business requirements to implementation teams.
• Identify and manage project dependencies, risks, scope changes, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure successful delivery.
• Collaborate with delivery, product, and growth teams to coordinate priorities and maintain alignment across stakeholders.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, leading design workshops, progress reviews, and strategic decision-making meetings.
• Represent the organization during onsite meetings with customers and partners when required.
• Maintain effective communication across all teams, ensuring timely updates, transparency, and accountability throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in technical account management, technical project management, or program management within software, automation, or technology-driven environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or another relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven experience working directly with enterprise clients and stakeholders, balancing project delivery responsibilities with relationship management.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills, with experience preparing project status reports, risk registers, delivery dashboards, and other structured project documentation.
• Solid understanding of software development lifecycles, system integrations, and automation architectures.:diamond<
• Ability to translate business, operational, and customer requirements into clear technical specifications and actionable delivery plans.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Fluent business-level English.
• Comfortable working independently and collaboratively within a flat, distributed, and fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a proactive approach to identifying challenges and driving projects forward.
