Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Technical Product Manager to lead the strategic vision and roadmap for content management technologies within MarTech at Vanguard. This role centers on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM - Sites & Assets) with a strong emphasis on AEM Cloud capabilities alongside on-premise experience. The ideal candidate will drive adoption optimization and governance of AEM across marketing teams while also supporting integrations with emerging platforms.

Responsibilities
  • Lead product management activities for AEM Cloud and on-premise content management systems (Sites & Assets) for the enterprise globally.
  • Define and execute the roadmap for AEM adoption optimization and workflow enhancements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve content governance, asset management and publishing workflows.
  • Partner with engineering design and business stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions that enhance the client experience.
  • Resolve production and implementation issues in a timely manner and drive escalations when needed.
  • Lead planning, development and implementation of new features and integrations.
  • Analyze user feedback and system performance to continuously improve product capabilities.
  • Contribute to business planning and prioritization efforts across MarTech.
  • Stay current on industry trends and emerging technologies in content management and AI-powered platforms.
Qualifications
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience required. Graduate degree preferred.
  • Minimum of five years related work experience with hands‑on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) including AEM Cloud and on‑premise environments.
  • 8 years of experience in product management preferably in digital content or MarTech domains.
  • Proven success working in Agile environments and leading cross‑functional teams.
  • Strong understanding of content lifecycle, metadata governance and digital asset workflows.
  • Experience in content supply chain strategy & marketing expertise an asset.
  • Two years of leading large cross‑functional teams on major organizational projects preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with emerging content management innovations; similar content operations platforms.
  • Familiarity with AWS infrastructure and cloud‑native integrations.
  • Exposure to AI‑powered content tools and approval workflows.
