You will bridge the technical design and construction teams, ensuring clarity in communications and optimizing processes. Ideal candidates will have over 15 years of experience in technical leadership and hold a P.Eng. or similar qualification. The role includes risk management and facilitating high-stakes discussions, with a salary range of $161,500 – $222,300. This position requires Canadian security clearance.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of senior technical leadership experience on large, complex programs.
• Valid Secret security clearance issued by the Government of Canada.

Responsibilities

• Act as the senior technical counterpart to the Design Manager and Project Manager.
