We’re looking for a roll-up-your-sleeves person to join our team and build a career as a Senior Technical Associate in Calgary, Alberta.

Description

Responsible for the installation, set‑up, repair and ongoing maintenance of VHCS equipment while assuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and beverage quality.

Responsibilities

• Service and maintain customer equipment.
• Travel to and from customer locations to troubleshoot and fix equipment.
• Install machines at customer locations.
• Maintain adequate parts levels in the truck for equipment repairs.
• This list is not exhaustive. Any other related duties may be assigned by the line manager.

Total Rewards

CAD $49,900.00 - $59,488.00 annually. Actual placement within the compensation range may vary depending on experience, skills, and other factors.

Requirements

• High School Diploma.
• 1 year in a similar technical role.

• Valid Driver's License and clean driver's abstract.
• Basic computer skills.
• Strong communication (verbal, written) and customer‑service skills.
• Ability to handle a physically demanding job with heavy lifting (up to 50lbs).
