Qualifications

• CPA designation required or equivalent
• CPA Canada In-Depth TaxCourse or Master of Tax program completed
• Minimum 3 years of tax experience
• Proficiency in MS Office and tax software
• Experience with tax review, U.S. tax, farm tax planning, or HST is a plus

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement tax strategies for client portfolios
• Lead tax planning and advisory engagements with Partners and senior staff
• Manage engagement financials including budgets, WIP, variances and billing
• Mentor and develop staff and manage performance
• Drive business development and cross-functional opportunities
• Represent the firm externally to strengthen client relationships
