PSB BOISJOLI is seeking an experienced Tax Compliance Manager to lead our tax group in Montreal. The role involves reviewing corporate, partnership, and trust returns, and identifying planning opportunities to minimize tax exposure.

The ideal candidate will have a CPA designation, in-depth tax training, and 5+ years in Canadian corporate tax, with strong Excel skills and bilingual fluency in French and English.

Qualifications

• CPA designation and related tax certifications required.
• Five or more years of Canadian corporate tax experience.
• Strong knowledge of corporate tax rules and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Review corporate, partnership and trust tax returns.
• Identify planning opportunities and advise client on minimizing tax exposure.
• Collaborate with partners and managers on files.
• Stay current with tax law changes and interpretations.
• Coach and train other members of the tax group.
