The Senior Talent Development Associate will support the design, delivery, and administration of learning and development initiatives across HCCA. The Associate will be responsible for facilitating onboarding, soft skills, and corporate training sessions, maintaining training content and documentation, and coordinating all related logistics. In addition, the Associate will partner with the Manager, Talent Development to support capability building, employee growth, and organizational effectiveness. The Associate will work rotating schedules as required to support business training needs. This role is an 18-months contract.
College Diploma or University degree preferred.
