Job summary

Trans Mountain seeks a collaborative, values-driven Manager, Talent Acquisition for the Pacific Link to lead the recruitment team and deliver hiring plans, sourcing programs, and execution to support ramp-up and project delivery. You will oversee Indigenous and contingent workforce recruitment, ensure hiring aligns with workforce plans and project schedules, and partner with multiple stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
• CPHR and/or RPR designation is an asset.
• Experience with large-scale recruitment and workforce planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment delivery for Pacific Link, including onboarding coordination.
• Oversee high-volume, specialized, time-sensitive and contingent hiring needs.
• Develop and monitor recruitment metrics to track progress and improve processes.
• Build talent pipelines through direct sourcing and partnerships with Indigenous communities and vendors.
