Qualifications

• Progressive recruiter experience, leading recruitment initiatives and building strategies.
• Ability to build strategic relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience sourcing candidates through various channels.
• Experience in behavioural interviewing techniques and advising on hiring decisions.
• Post-secondary degree or diploma required.
• Fluency in French and/or Spanish is an asset.

As a Senior Consultant, Talent Acquisition, you will lead end-to-end recruitment for senior, complex, and specialized roles. You will partner with senior leaders and executives from intake, through advising on hiring decisions, ensuring the best talent selection for their team.
