A leading professional services firm in Toronto is seeking a dedicated support professional to manage cloud infrastructure and application monitoring tools. You will work closely with the Security Operations team and system architects to implement robust monitoring solutions. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree in Computing Science, 3 years of cloud experience, and strong skills in multiple programming languages. The Technology Infrastructure and Operations department in Information Technology Services (ITS) is responsible for operating and supporting core IT infrastructure and services at KPMG in Canada. The Enterprise Operations team is a core group within ITS who are responsible for the 24x7 Network Operations Center (NOC), as well as supporting our monitoring tools. This role involves the development, maintenance, and support of our core infrastructure, application monitoring tools, and enterprise dashboards.
