We are looking for 2 colleagues to join our team for a temporary 18-month positions.

We are seeking skilled IT professionals with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F&O) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for administration, maintenance and support of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O application. The role involves ensuring the system’s optimal performance, support, security and reliability. This role requires a deep understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, BI reporting and SQL.

As a Senior Systems Analyst (D365 Finance & Operations) your responsibilities will include:

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for the Dynamics 365 F&O and other integrated finance applications
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O
• Design, configure, and customize Dynamics 365 F&O solutions to meet business needs
• Assist with the implementation of integrations between Dynamics 365 and other systems
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and other IT team members to ensure successful project and enhancement delivery
• Troubleshoot system behavior anomalies, determine root cause, and the appropriate technical resolution
• Plan and execute system upgrades and updates, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations
• Stay updated with the latest Dynamics 365 features and updates to recommend improvements and optimizations
• Follow change management processes, including the creation and review of change requests
• Ensure compliance with security policies and best practices
• Create and maintain documentation for system configurations, processes and procedures
• Provide operational activities when required after-hours and on weekends
• Other relevant duties as assigned and required
