We are seeking a motivated Senior System Engineer to join the Lightspeed System Engineering team. This position will focus on System Simulation, Analysis, and Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) using Capella to support the development of system-level performance and architecture for a next-generation Low Earth Orbit (LEO) satellite constellation network. The successful candidate will work alongside experienced systems engineers to capture, model, and analyze system behaviors and interfaces, directly contributing to the definition of the space, ground, and operations segments. This is a hands-on opportunity to gain exposure to satellite communications, MBSE practices, and end-to-end system design in a complex, multi-disciplinary engineering environment.
The successful candidate must be able to work in Canada and obtain clearance under the Canadian Controlled Goods program (CGP).
