Job summary

Junxion is seeking a Senior Consultant to be based in Toronto, with expertise helping businesses achieve B Corp Certification. The role requires 7+ years in social purpose, strategy and reporting, and ideally B Consultant certification progress.

The position is full-time (37.5 hours) and based in a semi-remote environment, with opportunities to contribute to client work across our sustainability and CSR services.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in corporate or consulting settings.
• Experience in social purpose, strategy, impact measurement, sustainability or related reporting.
• Ability to lead or support client projects across services.
• Ability to develop proposals and presentations for prospective clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships from inception to completion within time, quality and budget.
• Lead or deliver projects across our integrated services.
• Draft sustainability/CSR reports and position papers.
• Develop new business opportunities and write proposals for prospective clients.
• Collaborate with specialists to present outputs to print or online.
