Qualifications

• 10+ years procurement/supply chain experience in manufacturing.
• 5+ years in a leadership role.
• Legally authorized to work in Canada (no sponsorship).

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach purchasing, planning, and logistics teams.
• Improve material availability and optimize scheduling.
• Establish and track KPIs for supply chain performance.
• Forecast material requirements based on sales demand.
• Develop and implement purchasing policies and supplier scorecards.
• Manage supplier contracts and logistics relationships.
• Ensure compliance with shipping and customs regulations.
