• 10+ years procurement / supply chain experience in manufacturing.
• 5+ years in a leadership role.
• Well-rounded experience in Purchasing, Planning, and Logistics.
• Skilled in sourcing niche suppliers and managing complex supply bases.
• Legally authorized to work in Canada (no sponsorship).

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach purchasing, planning, and logistics teams.
• Establish and track KPIs for supply chain performance.
• Forecast material requirements and develop production plans.
• Manage supplier contracts and logistics relationships.
• Ensure compliance with shipping and import/export regulations.
