Qualifications

  • 10+ years procurement/supply chain experience in manufacturing.
  • 5+ years in a Leadership role.
  • Well-rounded experience in Supply Chain including Purchasing, Planning, and Logistics.
  • Legally authorized to work in Canada (no sponsorship).

Responsibilities

  • Lead and coach purchasing, planning, and logistics teams.
  • Establish and track KPIs on cost and performance.
  • Forecast material requirements and develop accurate production plans.
  • Manage supplier contracts and logistics relationships.
  • Ensure compliance with shipping and customs regulations.
