• Commercially minded with focus on store metrics like CONV, SPH, UPT, and ATV.

Responsibilities

• Deliver elevated styling experiences by understanding guest needs, occasions, preferences, and personal style.
• Drive conversion by engaging guests and guiding interactions toward a purchase.
• Execute the Scoop selling practices consistently to create a warm, pressure-free shopping experience.
• Build baskets with purpose by recommending complementary pieces and lifestyle items.
• Own individual performance by meeting or exceeding SPH and sales goals, contributing to store KPI results.
