Qualifications

• Direct experience analyzing securitized products, fund structures, or related structured finance instruments.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality analytical work across multiple credits with limited oversight.
• Strong collaboration and relationship management skills with the ability to influence through credibility.
• Experience embedding AI/LLM tools into workflows to improve productivity.

Responsibilities

• Guide and coach junior analysts and research staff to build capability in credit analysis and analytical tooling.
• Strengthen team productivity by creating reusable analytical assets and lightweight automation.
• Lead end-to-end credit analysis and surveillance for assigned structured finance credits.
• Synthesize portfolio performance and market signals into decision-ready insights for committees.
• Embed AI and large language models within analytical workflows while maintaining human accountability.
