Overview

The Opportunity: Our Power subsector, a key component of WSP’s ERI (Energy, Resources and Industry) sector, supports clients from coast to coast. We provide a comprehensive range of services, including technical study preparation in niche areas, project management, detailed design, and site services. Our team collaborates to meet and exceed the highest industry standards through innovation. WSP is seeking a Senior Structural Engineer to join our team, located in one of our offices in Ontario or Atlantic Canada. This position is within the Hydropower & Dams market sector of the Power Division, which has 140 employees across Canada. The role will provide senior expertise in designing and optimizing the civil and structural elements of hydroelectric projects (development, rehabilitation), dam and hydraulic structures engineering, and dam safety. We work with public and private sector clients on innovative projects that allow our team members to demonstrate expertise and mentor the next generation of engineers.
