Qualifications

• Structural Engineering degree from a recognized university.
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant design experience within Canada.
• Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) designation in British Columbia.
• Well-developed knowledge of structural engineering techniques.
• Knowledge of Canadian CSA codes and standards.
• Experience in creating designs using AutoCAD, Revit, or equivalent.
• Supervision of drafters and designers.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively.
• Self-motivated and able to operate with minimal supervision.
• Demonstrates professionalism and strong business ethics.

Responsibilities

• Structural design of building components using various materials.
• Participate in site reviews and manage ongoing projects.
• Coordinate with other engineering and architectural disciplines.
• Structural analysis of existing building components.
• Technical guidance and mentoring of project team members.
