Harding Display Corp (HDC) seeks a Senior Structural Designer to design, detail, and engineer corrugated displays from prototype to production. You will focus on quality, stability, production efficiency, and budget, with most work on-site at Scarborough.
The role emphasizes collaboration with Design, Production, and Graphic teams to ensure accurate dielines, BOMs, and prototyping. On-site with some flexibility, CAD-driven concepts are key.

The Senior Structural Designer is responsible for designing, detailing, and engineering temporary and semi-permanent corrugated displays from prototype through to production. They have an excellent technical background and understanding in the material and the processes of building displays that focus on quality, assembly, stability, functionality, production efficiencies and budget.
This role is primarily on-site, with some flexibility at our Scarborough location.

We strive to offer compensation that is fair, competitive, and reflective of each individual’s experience and contributions. Compensation will vary based on experience and skill level (Developing, Proficient, Highly Proficient, Expert, Management, Senior Leader). Candidates who are continuing to develop key skills may be considered below the range, while those who bring specialized expertise, exceptional impact, or deep industry knowledge may be considered above it.
The target compensation for this role is $80,000+ annually and reflects a professional at a Proficient level.
PS: Signing bonus available, up to $10,000, with conditions applied and flexibility for exceptional candidates based on experience and overall fit.
