The TH CSO Strategy Enablement team delivers strategic planning, innovation, business development, performance measurement, transformation enablement and execution, plus cross-functional collaboration across TELUS, TELUS Health, and TELUS Agriculture & Consumer Goods while providing direct support to Health team members.
As Senior Strategy Manager, you will drive strategic conversations and shape organizational direction by analyzing complex business problems, designing innovative solutions, and implementing effective risk mitigation strategies. You will manage high-urgency, high-visibility initiatives while leading organizational transformations and driving cross-functional alignment through strong stakeholder relationships and collaborative influence.
This role requires strong strategic thinking and business acumen, exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills, proven organizational and change management expertise, collaborative leadership with influence capabilities, and a commitment to continuous learning in dynamic environments.
