Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in strategic procurement, with at least 2 years in category management.
• Fluency in French and English, both spoken and written.
• Strong business acumen and analytical capabilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Manage the procurement of dairy and non-dairy ingredients according to a long-term sourcing strategy.
• Deliver 3%–5% annual savings across Canada and the U.S. through negotiations and changes.
• Negotiate contracts with key suppliers and establish relationships.
• Identify projects with internal partners (R&D) for innovative solutions with business cases.
• Develop risk management strategies and monitor market trends to advise on price fluctuations.
• Manage and develop suppliers using SRM tools.
• Communicate complex issues to stakeholders with appropriate detail.
