Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in retail training learning & development or store leadership; prior experience with athletic or lifestyle brands is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to facilitate engaging group training and one-on-one coaching in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Exceptional communication presentation and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organizational abilities; capable of managing multiple priorities and locations across 1-3 distinct districts.
• Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus depending on district needs).

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-store training programs and ensure each store in the area is seen at least once per quarter.
• Oversee supported store visits fostering relationships and implementing innovative in-store training solutions.
• Create awareness accountability and drive action through concise store-visit reports.
• Facilitate the rollout of new programs and initiatives ensuring smooth and consistent adoption.
• Evaluate participation and completion of training programs and stay informed on industry trends.
