Qualifications

• Experience developing and maintaining large-scale HRIS-related products.
• 7+ years of industry experience in full-stack web development.
• Advanced skills in JavaScript with 4+ years of experience with Nodejs.
• Experience with Ruby on Rails is a nice to have.
• 5+ years of experience working in Agile software engineering.
• Passion for effective collaboration within teams.
• Familiarity with cloud technologies (AWS).
• Experience working with globally distributed teams is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Engineering Manager to manage tasks.
• Design and implement data models for HRIS products.
• Lead transition to an event-based architecture.
• Enhance and scale our HRIS, ensuring reliability.
• Provide technical mentorship to team members.
• Maintain a bug rate of less than 0.1% in production.
• Increase team output by 20% through new tools.
