Job summary

Qualcomm Canada ULC is seeking an experienced Senior Staff Design Verification Engineer to lead verification for DSP products, high-speed SerDes, and full-chip SoC validation. You will architect and drive test content from simulation to silicon, mentoring teams across multiple sites.

The role requires strong SystemVerilog/UVM expertise, DSP experience, and a track record in pre-silicon and post-silicon validation, with leadership in cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of ASIC/SoC design verification experience.
• Strong SystemVerilog and UVM expertise required.
• Experience with DSP architectures and high-speed interfaces.
• Experience with ATE production test and post-silicon validation.

Responsibilities

• Architect, develop, and maintain SystemVerilog/UVM verification environments for DSP and SoC.
• Lead verification of DSP functionality and high-speed interface integration.
• Own SoC-level verification planning and closure for reset/boot flows and datapaths.
• Lead ATE functional test development across DSP, SerDes, SoC, and related subsystems.
• Mentor engineers and improve regression efficiency and debugging workflows.
