Qualifications

• Must have hands-on experience administering SmartPlant Foundation or SDx.
• Strong understanding of the engineering information lifecycle.
• Experience creating user/administrator documentation and training materials.
• Proficient with relational databases and data integrity management.
• Background in Oil & Gas, Chemicals, or Mining preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as single point of contact and SME for designated application.
• Lead and support installation and configuration of product software.
• Manage user groups, permissions, and perform system backups.
• Provide desk-side and remote support to end users.
• Develop training materials and deliver sessions for users.
