The Senior Reliability Lead, Mobile Maintenance plays a pivotal role in shaping how we care for, operate, and continuously improve our mobile equipment fleet across our operations. Reporting to the Reliability Superintendent, this position is responsible for driving the development, implementation, and optimization of modern maintenance strategies, reliability technologies, and asset‑health practices that support safe, efficient, and predictable equipment performance.
This role is central to embedding leading reliability principles, such as defect elimination, condition‑based maintenance, and data‑driven decision making into daily practice. It is well suited for someone who wants to influence reliability outcomes across a large, multi‑site organization and who brings experience in turning analysis into action, coaching teams, and building systems that improve equipment availability and reduce unplanned downtime.

The actual base salary offered is determined based on the successful candidate’s relevant experience, skills, and competencies and considers internal equity.
