  • Prepare and deliver NDL narratives and exposure estimations for senior management, the Risk Management Committee (RMC), and regulatory authorities.

  • Assist in embedding new system capabilities into the ERM program, including automation of Risk and Control Self-Assessment, Key Risk Indicators tracking, Incident Management, Operational Resilience monitoring, and Third-Party Risk assessments.

Operational Resilience

  • Support the delivery of TMX Post-Trade’s Operational Resilience Program across core business and support functions.

  • Assist in the mapping of critical services, associated risks, and key internal and external dependencies.

  • Support the definition and ongoing review of impact tolerances for critical services to ensure readiness for severe but plausible disruptions.

  • Design and execute stress testing strategies to evaluate the organization’s ability to remain within impact tolerances.

  • Support Business Units to create and enhance disruption response plans, including escalation protocols, communications, and ownership responsibilities.

Must haves:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred;
