Job summary

Kepler Communications in Toronto, Canada seeks a Senior Program Manager to lead end-to-end development and execution of mission-critical satellite systems from concept through on-orbit commissioning and operation. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering or a related technical discipline.
• 15+ years of experience in aerospace or electronic systems development, with at least 7 years in a program management role.
• Experience overseeing system development from design to qualification and integration.
• Strong use of IMS and earned value management to track program execution.
• Proven ability to identify, assess and mitigate risks to ensure delivery.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end program management for space systems development and production, ensuring schedule, budget, and contractual/technical requirements.
• Own and manage scope, schedule, cost, and risk across full program lifecycle.
• Act as primary interface with customers, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.
• Plan and facilitate design, qualification, and production milestones.
• Develop and maintain program plans, KPIs and status reports.
• Drive data-driven decisions and cross-functional coordination to alignment and execution.
