This role offers an exciting opportunity to design and build advanced software systems that drive business innovation. The Senior Software Engineer will work closely with product teams, designers, and technical leads to deliver high-quality software solutions using modern architectures and development practices. You will lead technical analysis, design, coding, and testing while mentoring junior engineers and influencing technical direction. The position involves hands‑on development with cutting‑edge tools and patterns, ensuring scalable, maintainable, and efficient solutions. Accountabilities
  • Conduct detailed analysis of project and software requirements following best practices and company standards.
  • Develop software designs, write clean and efficient code, and perform thorough testing to meet project objectives.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, fostering growth and knowledge sharing.
  • Participate in technical planning, making recommendations on architecture, patterns, and system design.
  • Assist in project proposals, identify innovative solutions, and highlight potential areas for intellectual property.
  • Collaborate closely with product, design, and architecture teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Support DevOps processes, deployment pipelines, and system integration tasks as needed.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • 5+ years of professional software development experience, including at least 2 years in a large IT environment.
  • Expert‑level knowledge of C#/.NET, C#/.NET Core, and NodeJS.
  • Experience with software design patterns including Event Sourcing, Domain Driven Design, SOA, and Hexagonal/Onion/Clean architecture.
  • Familiarity with data platforms such as Microsoft Fabric.
  • Knowledge of APIs and system integration (REST, web services, Auth0).
  • Experience with modern DevOps tools and utilities.
  • Exposure to emerging workflows in AI and bonus experience with EventStore, Temporal, or GraphQL.
  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and presentation skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to varied audiences.
