Qualifications

• 4-5 years of relevant developer experience.
• 3+ years in developing high performance and scalable applications in an agile environment.
• Exposure to payment systems such as ACH API and payment gateways is preferred.
• Strong understanding of Scrum, Lean, XP, Kanban development techniques.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the product team to develop high quality code.
• Write effective technical user stories and ensure non-functional requirements are met.
• Actively resolve defects and manage technical debt.
• Develop unit tests to ensure good coverage.
• Practice DevOps methods like CI/CD, SDLC automation.
• Monitor software performance in production.
