Job summary

Fleetworthy is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to contribute hands-on in an agile team, building the next-gen compliance platform. You will take features from design to production-ready code, making sound technical decisions that fit the architecture.

You will work across front-end (Vue.js/Vuex) and back-end (.NET) layers, mentor peers, and collaborate with product management to translate strategy into reliable software.

Qualifications

• Several years of professional full-stack software engineering experience.
• Demonstrated ability to own features from design to production.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, documentation, and async workflows.

Responsibilities

• Write production-ready, well-tested code across front-end and back-end.</br>Architect, review, and improve reusable components for performance and maintainability.
• Design and implement low-latency, high-availability applications across the full stack.
• Collaborate with Product Manager and engineers to translate strategy into software and enforce coding standards.
