We’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer (E3) who’s passionate about solving complex problems with elegant, high-quality code. You’ll collaborate across design, data, and product to create features that simplify how small businesses pay, recognize, and retain their teams.

• Design, build, and maintain scalable Ruby on Rails services that power payroll, pay access, and employee-facing experiences.
• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and designers to deliver fintech and AI-driven features that improve day-to-day life for small business teams.

• Experiment with AI and automation to enhance performance, personalization, and operational efficiency.

• Strong proficiency in Ruby on Rails, RESTful APIs, and relational databases (PostgreSQL preferred).
• Preferred: Experience in FinTech, payroll, or payments systems.
• Familiarity with AI tools, APIs, or frameworks (OpenAI, LangChain, or similar).
