Qualifications

• 7+ years of software development experience.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale, secure, highly available systems.
• Experience running production services in the cloud and on-call rotations.
• Deep hands-on experience with distributed systems engineering.

Responsibilities

• Work with distributed systems, cloud-native development, and secure data integration.
• Architect complex engineering systems end to end.
• Collaborate across teams to define and execute roadmaps for data streaming platforms.
• Evaluate and improve the efficiency of the tech stack.
• Provide technical guidance to the team in specialized areas.
• Improve stability, performance, and operational excellence across critical systems.
