Responsibilities

• Research and prototype new algorithmic and machine learning approaches to improve eye tracking accuracy and maximize population coverage using real‑world data insights.
• Develop scalable, computationally efficient algorithms optimized for resource‑constrained, low‑power operating modes.
• Manage open‑ended technical challenges by efficiently navigating ambiguity, evaluating alternative solutions, and driving execution while collaborating closely with hardware and research teams.
• Drive testing and quality by contributing to data reprocessing pipelines, visualization tools, and automated test frameworks.
• Provide technical leadership to define software standards, develop comprehensive technical documentation, and support cross‑functional teams with hardware integration and investigation.
