The Client is seeking a Senior Software Developer – ETL to join their Data Management team and drive the development and maintenance of robust ETL solutions in a hybrid cloud environment.

Job Title:Senior Software Developer – ETL

Job Location: Toronto, ON/Hybrid

Job Description:

Must Haves:

· Hands-on experience with Microsoft technologies: Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL Database, Azure Data Lake, Power BI

· Proficiency with Amazon Web Services (AWS): Amazon Aurora, RDS, Glue, OpenSearch, etc.

· Strong background in building ETL programs for various data sources (structured/semi-structured)

· Expertise in managing ETL schedules and dependency logic

· Skilled in data integration, cleansing, analytics, and data modeling for data marts/warehouses

Key Responsibilities:
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather technical requirements, perform data analysis, and develop ETL workflows across Azure and AWS platforms. Responsibilities include building and optimizing data pipelines, creating and tuning SQL queries and stored procedures, ensuring data quality and performance, and supporting daily operational tasks. You'll also contribute to documentation, technical support, and participate in Agile ceremonies.
