The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and over 10 years of experience in building distributed applications using C# or Java. You will work with a distributed team and be involved in defining technical architecture. This role offers a competitive salary range of CA$130,000.00 - CA$157,000.00.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience building distributed applications in an OO language such as C# or Java.
• Experience building cloud-native products leveraging APIs and asynchronous messaging.
• Strong experience leading a development team and managing communication.
• Deep knowledge and understanding of software design patterns and object-oriented principles.
• Experience building micro-services and APIs in a distributed architecture.

Responsibilities

• Define technical architecture and documentation.
• Maintain business domain boundaries in software and define usage strategies.
• Support the software deployment process and manage escalations.
• Define monitoring and alerting strategies.
• Collaborate with PM and design teams.
