Job summary

ThoughtStorm seeks a Siebel CRM specialist to develop, configure, test, debug, and maintain Oracle Siebel CRM applications in line with technical specifications and business requirements. The role demands hands-on experience with Siebel IP18 or later versions and a strong background in Siebel Tools, Web Templates, and Open UI.

Job description

• Develop, configure, test, debug, and maintain Oracle Siebel CRM applications based on technical specifications and business requirements.
• Bring 5+ years of experience in Siebel technical configuration, development, integration, and testing, with hands-on experience in Oracle Siebel CRM.
• Demonstrate strong experience with Siebel IP18 or later versions, including configuration, development, customization, and testing.
• Hands-on experience with Siebel Tools, Siebel Web Templates, Siebel Open UI, and Open UI components including PM, PR, Manifest Files, Mapping Files, Classes, and Methods.
• Have 3+ years of experience developing and testing Siebel integrations with Adobe AEM, J2EE, middleware, gateways, and related enterprise systems.
• Perform Siebel CRM testing, including functional/technical testing, unit testing, integration testing, troubleshooting, debugging, and post-implementation support.
• Experience with Siebel Test Automation would be an asset.
• Apply strong knowledge of CRM application design, SDLC, structured development methodologies, relational/hierarchical databases, query languages, deployment, and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate effectively with functional and technical teams, IT professionals, business stakeholders, and subject matter experts throughout the Software Development Life Cycle.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, documentation, and teamwork skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet aggressive timelines.
• Experience with Public Sector CRM, Contracts, Lead Management, Partner Management, Public Sector Partner Portal, Campaign Management, Marketing, Resource Manager, Public Sector eService, or Transfer Payments would be an asset.
