A leading Canadian organization is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Pre-Sales Consultant to act as the primary technical contact for their Sales team. The role includes configuring ServiceNow demo environments, leading discovery sessions, and supporting proposal development for large enterprise clients. Candidates should have substantial experience in ServiceNow and strong presentation skills. This is a remote, full-time position based in Alberta, Canada.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a ServiceNow consulting or pre-sales role.
• Experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, CSM, SPM, HRSD, ITAM / SAM, or ITOM.
• Proven experience leading PoC engagements.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary technical contact for Sales and clients.
• Configure and maintain ServiceNow demo environments.
• Lead discovery sessions and present tailored ServiceNow solutions.
• Support creation of sales proposals and RFP responses.

Skills
