Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture and HRSD data model.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, AngularJS, and Glide scripting.

Responsibilities

• Configure and customize HRSD modules like HR Case Management and Lifecycle Events.
• Develop self-service portals and widgets using HTML, CSS, AngularJS.
• Implement automated workflows using Flow Designer and scripting.
