We are currently looking for a Server Administrator to join our Information Technology (IT) team. This role will work within the Network & Infrastructure team ensuring consistent, secure and efficient management of our IT resources, software and tools for all of our worldwide supported locations. This is a hybrid role with 3 days per week in our Guelph office required.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and manage physical and virtual servers (Hyper-V)
• Install and configure software & server/desktop hardware
• Support Windows Server 2012-2025, Active Directory, SCOM, VMM, IIS, SQL, Exchange 2019
• Microsoft 365 Administration
• Troubleshoot issues between end-user applications and servers
• Provide Tier 2 application and desktop support
• Monitor server performance and Veeam server backups
• In depth knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Security Stack
• Linux Administration (Ubuntu/RedHat)

Qualifications & Technical Skills:

• University or College degree/diploma in a related discipline
• 2-5 years experience in server administration
• Experience in managing Azure AD, O365, Defender, and Intune
• Knowledge in Aruba/HPE switches. Wi-Fi and Sonicwall firewalls an asset
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
