ROLE OVERVIEW

Jumpfactor is hiring a Senior SEO Manager with 5+ years of advanced on‑page, off‑page, and technical SEO experience and 2‑3 years of proven leadership experience. This is a remote, full‑time role where you will lead a pod of SEO specialists, own strategy across multiple B2B client accounts, and ensure high‑quality execution and results.

This role requires someone who is highly strategic but also hands‑on. Someone who is not afraid to roll up their sleeves, dive into technical audits, troubleshoot issues directly, build strategies, and jump into the details when needed.

You will guide the team, improve processes, elevate SEO output, and act as a senior expert within our SEO department. If you’re passionate about technical SEO, team leadership, and driving measurable growth, this role is built for you.

WHO YOU ARE
  • 5+ years of hands‑on SEO experience with deep expertise in technical SEO & strategy.
  • 2‑3 years of experience leading, training, or mentoring SEO team members.
  • Strong understanding of both on‑page and off‑page SEO.
  • Skilled in CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, HubSpot, etc.).
  • Proficient with Google Analytics, GSC/WMT, Looker Studio.
  • Experienced conducting technical audits, implementing fixes, and building growth plans.
  • Fast and efficient with SEO tools & computer applications.
  • Able to document processes, improve SOPs, and build repeatable frameworks.
  • Deep knowledge of at least 5+ audit, crawl, or link analysis tools.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make recommendations.
  • Agency experience required.
Leadership & Team Oversight
  • Lead, mentor, and coach junior and intermediate SEO specialists.
  • Review team output, provide QA, and ensure continuous improvement.
  • Ensure your team adheres to SOPs, deadlines, and quality standards.
  • Drive accountability for performance across your SEO pod.
Process & Optimization
  • Improve and refine SEO processes, SOPs, and best practices.
  • Create testing frameworks and present learnings to the broader SEO team.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, algorithm changes, and SEO innovations.
Technical & Analytical Execution
  • Conduct advanced technical SEO audits and oversee implementation.
  • Develop keyword cluster maps and topic authority frameworks.
  • Monitor analytics, conversions, bounce rates, rankings, and engagement.
  • Build action plans for clients to improve visibility and performance.
  • Work cross‑functionally with content, dev, and paid media teams.
Reporting & Communication
  • Set up and evaluate analytics, dashboards, and reporting structures.
  • Report on team metrics, client results, and operational accomplishments.
  • Communicate strategies, blockers, risks, and results to management.
JOB TYPE
  • Full‑Time (40 hours/week)
  • Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM EST
