Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in securitization/treasury operations or mortgage underwriting/funding.
• Experience in executing complex financial reporting requirements related to securitization.

Responsibilities

• Manage issuance and settlement of new NHA MBS and CMB pools.
• Handle monthly investor reporting for the NHA MBS program.
• Create and execute pools for mortgage sales.
• Prepare and validate monthly and quarterly securitization reports.
• Support securitization-related projects and initiatives.

Skills

Strong analytical skills

Proficiency in Excel (including Macro and VBA)

Ability to work independently

Knowledge of CMHC NHA MBS and Covered Bond

Education

Post‑secondary education preferred in finance, accounting or business
