Job summary

ClinChoice Canada Inc. is seeking a Senior Scientist for Risk Management & Safety Surveillance on a permanent basis in Canada.

You will lead core safety deliverables, perform aggregate analyses, and coordinate strategic safety documents with SMT and MSOs, while partnering with vendors. You will contribute to safety strategies across multiple products, manage case reviews, and ensure regulatory deliverables meet timelines, accuracy, and quality expectations in a collaborative, global CRO

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Health or Biomedical Science with 6–8 years of experience (or equivalent).
• MD/DO or equivalent with 2–5 years pharmacovigilance or related experience.
• Clinical/medical writing or pharmacovigilance experience preferred.
• Strong English verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely, high-quality safety reports and analyses.
• Collaborate with TASH, MSO, SSP and stakeholders on strategy development.
• Initiate, conduct, and oversee searches of internal and external databases.
• Perform aggregate safety analyses and case reviews.
• Draft core safety deliverables and coordinate safety communications.
